Grantham University

Grantham University, located in Kansas City, Missouri, is a for-profit university that offers online degrees and distance learning programs. The university has four schools, including the School of Business, the College of Computer Science and Engineering, the School of Nursing and Allied Health and the College of Sciences and Arts. It offers 14 graduate and 24 undergraduate programs.

The College of Computer Science and Engineering offers courses in project management, electronic communications and digital systems. The College of Sciences and Arts offers courses aimed at strengthening skills in speaking, writing, quantitative reasoning and critical thinking. Grantham University is accredited by the Distance Education and Training Council (DETC).

Grantham University serves more than 15,000 students and employs both full-time and part-time faculty. The university alumni find jobs in the fields of law, business, science, computer science, engineering, writing and health care. Some notable alumni include, the FCC radio engineer Dick Booth, who is also the owner of Teen Date television show and Mr. Winchester, the owner of the Tele-Car firm.
